Shooting Clinic

Form + Flow

Lock in your mechanics. Unlock your rhythm.

Form + Flow is a two-hour youth shooting clinic designed to help athletes build a better shot from the ground up. Athletes will work on balance, hand placement, follow-through, shot preparation, rhythm, movement shooting, and game-like shot situations. The goal is to help each player leave with a clearer understanding of how their shot works and what they need to practice next.
