Form

FORM = CONSISTENCY

A good shooter isn’t someone who makes one shot—they’re someone who can make the same shot over and over again.

Form gives you:
• A repeatable motion
• The same release every time
• Predictable results

+ Without solid form, every shot is slightly different
+ With good form, every shot has a chance

Simple way to say it:

“Your form is your foundation—if it changes, your shot changes.”

FLOW = TIMING

You can have perfect form…
…but if your timing is off, the shot doesn’t work.

Flow is:
• When to shoot
• How quickly to get into your shot
• How your body moves into the shot

+ Great shooters don’t rush
+ They arrive on time

“Flow is the timing of your shot, not just the mechanics.”
