Evaluation

Ryan has improved a lot over the last year, and his next step is becoming a stronger communicator, especially in moments when the team needs his voice. He has started asking more questions, and now he needs to keep building his understanding of what is being asked while developing one skill—shooting, handles, or passing—that gives him consistent confidence. He should keep improving every part of his game, but finding that “superpower” can help him take another step forward.

Implementation

For implementation, Ryan should spend 10–15 minutes a day developing his chosen superpower while still giving attention to the other parts of his game. He should add 5–10 minutes of jump rope, 3–4 times a week to improve foot speed, rhythm, and coordination. In practice, his goal should be to communicate more, ask questions when he is unsure, and make sure he understands the purpose of each drill and assignment.
