Evaluation

Noah is an awesome teammate who listens well, and he has started to find his voice—now the next step is using it more often by asking questions and getting clarity whenever he needs it. His biggest opportunity is leveling up his skills in dribbling, passing, and shooting so he can have a bigger impact on the floor. As a guard, he should keep studying what other guards are doing, keep learning, and be ready to compete hard whenever his opportunity comes.

Implementation

For implementation, Noah should spend 10–15 minutes a day working on his triple-threat skills: ball handling, passing, and shooting. He should also spend 10 minutes, 2–3 times a week watching guards in our games, high school games, or film and paying attention to how they create space, make decisions, and communicate. In practice, his goal is to speak up, ask questions when something is unclear, and give maximum effort every time he gets an opportunity.
