Evaluation

Legacy is at his best when he is focused, listening, and using his energy to support the team in the right way. He needs to care less about being first, being loud, or being silly, and care more about helping us stay organized, because when his focus is off he misses the things that matter. His huddle comments are often really good, and the next step is bringing that same focus consistently while improving his right-hand dribbling, watching film, and continuing to work on his game.

Implementation

For implementation, Legacy should focus on being locked in during every huddle, drill, and transition so he becomes someone the team can depend on. He should spend 10 minutes, 3 times a week on right-hand dribbling and 10 minutes twice a week watching film to understand what he can improve. His goal is to be consistent every day: listen, support teammates without yelling, stay organized, and put his energy into things that help the team.
