Evaluation

Keller brings great hustle and effort, and his soccer background gives him a strong foundation for footwork, balance, and defense. His next step is to watch more basketball, play more, and keep asking questions so the game starts to slow down and make more sense. He should keep developing all three parts of the triple threat—shooting, dribbling, and passing—while seeing which skill can become his “superpower” and continuing to grow into a strong defender.

Implementation

For implementation, Keller should spend 10–15 minutes a day working on shooting, dribbling, and passing, with extra focus on whichever skill starts to come most naturally. He should add 5–10 minutes of jump rope, 3–4 times a week to improve footwork, balance, and coordination. He should also watch 10–15 minutes of basketball a few times a week and focus on how guards move, defend, and make decisions.
