Evaluation
Jake has had his best week so far, and the biggest improvement has been his listening and understanding when to bring his energy into the moment. He should keep being himself, but now the focus needs to shift toward fundamentals: developing a go-to move and counter, improving his shooting follow-through, and taking more pride in his passing to cut down turnovers. Defensively, stronger communication and consistently knowing where to be will help build his confidence and make him more dependable.

Implementation
For implementation, Jake should spend 10–15 minutes a day working on one go-to move, one counter, and finishing with a consistent follow-through. He should add 10 minutes, 3 times a week on passing fundamentals and ball security, focusing on making strong, accurate passes. In practice, his goal should be to communicate on every defensive possession, know his assignment, and stay locked in from the beginning of each drill to the end.
