Evaluation

Ish is a phenomenal communicator who asks great questions and does an excellent job helping teammates, which continues to build trust within the team. His next step is learning to better understand what he is seeing in games and film, then using that information to work on the areas where he needs to improve. He should keep developing his triple-threat skills—dribbling, passing, and shooting—while making defense, especially guarding players of different sizes, a major priority.

Implementation

For implementation, Ish should spend 10–15 minutes a day working on dribbling, passing, and shooting so those skills become more consistent. He should watch 10 minutes of film 2–3 times a week and identify one thing he did well and one thing he needs to improve. In practice, he should continue communicating while spending extra time guarding different types of players so he becomes more comfortable defending anyone.
