Evaluation

Ethan has been dominant on the offensive boards, has improved tremendously in transition offense, and has grown into a steady leader whose voice and maturity have added real stability to the team. His next step is expanding his offensive game by developing a reliable move off the dribble, adding a counter, and becoming more confident with his left hand. Continuing to watch film and study different game situations will help him make even better decisions as his experience grows.

Implementation

For implementation, Ethan should spend 10–15 minutes a day working on one go-to move, one counter, and left-hand ball handling and finishing. He should watch 10–15 minutes of film 2–3 times a week, focusing on game situations, decision-making, and how experienced players react to different defenses. In practice and games, his goal should be to keep leading with his voice while intentionally using the moves and reads he has been working on.
