Evaluation

Damon does a great job communicating, and his next step is using film to confirm what he is seeing and feeling on the court. He needs to master his offensive and defensive roles while improving his post footwork, rebounding, and protecting the ball after he secures it. Developing one or two reliable post moves and then building from those will help him become a stronger inside presence.

Implementation

For implementation, Damon should watch 10 minutes of film twice a week, focusing on positioning, rebounding, and his decisions around the basket. He should spend 10–15 minutes, 3 times a week working on basic post footwork, protecting the ball, and mastering 1–2 go-to moves. In practice and games, his goal should be to consistently apply those skills while continuing to communicate and become someone his teammates can rely on inside.
