Evaluation
Calvin has started to emerge as a potential leader by helping teammates get organized and asking important questions. His next step is to keep growing his understanding of the game, recognize what defenses are doing, and make better decisions with the ball while cutting down on turnovers. Improving his left hand, keeping his head up, and developing the different passes the game requires will make him harder to defend and a better playmaker. Can be a great defender don't relax off the ball.

Implementation
For implementation, Calvin should spend 10 minutes a day working on his left-hand dribbling and finishing so he becomes comfortable attacking either direction. He should also spend 10–15 minutes, 3 times a week on passing, decision-making, and ball control, plus 10 minutes twice a week watching film to study defenses and support his curiosity. In practice, his goal should be to keep communicating, ask questions, and focus on seeing the floor before making each decision.
