Aaria’s willingness to lead and help the team will be crucial to our success. She asks a lot of questions, and that is incredibly valuable to our team. Even though this is her first basketball experience, she is already using her strengths to add value to what we are doing. She has really become a connector for the group, and that role is important.
Aaria is currently working on her shooting form, and continued practice outside of team practices and games will be very important for her growth. At times, she is processing what is happening, but the next step is learning to process more quickly because the game continues to move fast. As her understanding speeds up, her impact on the court will grow as well.
One area that can really help her is watching basketball on TV and using her sister as a resource to keep learning and increasing her impact. Her speed is a huge plus, and studying other fast players and how they affect the game can be a game changer for her. If she continues asking questions, learning the game, and building confidence through extra reps, she can keep making a strong impact for our team.
